Edon Elon Medical provides comprehensive primary care for acute and chronic conditions, chronic disease management (diabetes, high cholesterol, hypertension, asthma/COPD, weight loss), preventive services, specialized care (men's, women's, adolescent health), physicals, immunizations, telemedicine, and select aesthetics like Botox, microneedling, vitamin injections, and IV hydration.

We proudly accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, Medicare, Medicaid, and UnitedHealthcare; patients with other plans or those preferring private pay should contact our office directly at 815-616-6806 for verification and fee-for-service pricing.
New patients should bring a valid photo ID, current insurance card, complete medication list (including dosages and frequencies), relevant medical history, recent lab results or imaging, and complete any online intake forms in advance for streamlined, personalized care planning.
Telemedicine or in-office appointments can be booked securely online through our patient portal under our "Make Appointment" tab. Appointments can also be scheduled by calling 815-616-6806 for eligible follow-ups; we request 24-hour advance notice for cancellations to avoid fees and accommodate other patients.
Our clinic is located at 310 North Hammes, Suite 101 C and 101 D, Joliet, IL 60435; our current operating hours are as follows:
Monday: 2 PM - 5 PM
Tuesday: 12 PM - 4 PM
Wednesday: 2 PM - 5 PM
Thursday: 1 PM - 5 PM
Friday: 9 AM - 5 PM
Saturday and Sunday: 1PM - 4 PM
